Toluca Lake is a very small, low-density neighborhood located in the South-Eastern San Fernando Valley, about 12 miles North-West of Downtown Los Angeles. Toluca Lake is bounded on the South by Universal City, on the West by Studio City, on the North by North Hollywood and on the East by the city of Burbank. The region of Toluca Lake is prone to infestations of Waterbugs, Silverfish and Cockroaches due to the housing being in close proximity to the lake its self. We frequently come across Raccoons, Rats and Opossums that like the area due to the readily available water source.
