Pacoima is located in the northeast corner of the San Fernando Valley. It has large issues with German cockroaches especially in the low income apartment buildings and in the area restaurants. This is an unfortunate cycle, many apartment building owners don't tend to their tenants and the tenants in turn accidentally bring the cockroach infestations to other areas. This includes the local restaurants that have to continually battle cockroaches.
