Arleta is a fairly small neighborhood in the cental-eastern part of the San Fernando Valley. It is surrounded by Mission Hills to the North, Sun Valley to the East, and Panorama City to the West. Due to Arletas location being isolated from the nearby mountain ranges, rodent infestations are not as common here as insect infestations. Raccoos and Rats will be a pest anywhere, however we more commonly see infestations of Cockroaches, Ants and Spiders in this area.
